By accessing and using the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform, you acknowledge and agree, without any modification, restriction or alteration, to this Terms and Conditions Agreement and any other policies governing the use of the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform services, and you acknowledge and warrant your legal capacity to enter into this agreement in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained therein.
You must read the Terms and Conditions each time you use the PROPERTIES ON MAP Platform to ensure that you are aware of all terms and conditions currently in effect. Accordingly, your continued use of the PROPERTIES ON MAP Platform will be deemed your acceptance of any change in the Terms and Conditions.
The terms and conditions agreement published on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform was designed to protect and preserve the rights of both the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform and users who benefit from the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform’s services, with or without registration.
Definitions

• PROPERTIES ON MAP platform: websites and applications provided by the owner of PROPERTIES ON MAP, including but not limited to:

• PROPERTIES ON MAP application on the ANDROID system
• PROPERTIES ON MAP website https://proonmapcom
• User: is the real or legal person who accesses or uses the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform to benefit from the services provided through the platform, whether with or without registration, and they are collectively referred to in this agreement as “Users.”
Article One: General Provisions
1. The terms of this agreement are subject to all regulations, legislation and instructions in effect in the country in which the user resides
2. If any provision of this agreement becomes illegal, void, or ineffective under any regulations, laws, or judicial rulings, the rest of the other terms and conditions in this agreement will remain effective, valid, legal, and enforceable in this agreement and applicable under the laws.
3. The PROPERTIES ON MAP application seeks as much as possible to provide the information on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform with utmost accuracy. However, some errors may occur from time to time, and the PROPERTIES ON MAP application does not bear any responsibility for any error in the information contained in the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform.
Article Two: Acceptable Use
When you use the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. You represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into this Agreement in accordance with all terms and conditions contained herein

4. Do not share any information that you do not have the right to publish or share
5. Do not copy any content from the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform and republish it on other sites without the consent of the content owner
6. You are responsible for verifying the details of any content published on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform, confirming it, and ensuring its authenticity and the correctness of its location. You are responsible for seeking the assistance of any technical specialist or obtaining legal advice before committing to any process, and you are responsible for ensuring that you act in good faith towards any other parties.
7. Pay all fees incurred for PROPERTIES ON MAP platform services or commissions when due

9. Not to infringe upon any other user within the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform or attempt to cheat, lie, or deceive in order to harm any other user.
10. Do not use any means, including - but not limited to - attempting to hide your identity through VPN or proxy programs to violate the terms and conditions of the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform or to bypass the preventive measures applied by the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform when violating the terms and conditions or to access content. 15. Do not impersonate PROPERTIES ON MAP, a representative, or employee thereof, or in any capacity that suggests that you are affiliated with PROPERTIES ON MAP unless you have official permission from PROPERTIES ON MAP
16. To prevent harm from the PROPERTIES ON MAP application and to compensate it for any and all liabilities, losses, lawsuits and expenses, including legal fees and damages, whether direct or indirect, that arise from claims resulting from your misuse of the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform, including but not limited to any claims that include allegations proven is invalid and constitutes a violation by you of this Agreement
17. Bear all legal and criminal liability resulting from any violation by the user of the Terms and Conditions Agreement
Article Three: Provisions for advertising services PROPERTIES ON MAP
When you post any advertisement on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform, you acknowledge and commit to the following:
1. Apply all relevant regulations, laws and legislation, obtain all licenses and regulatory permits required in the country in which your advertisement is displayed on the map, provide legal eligibility and entitlement to advertise in accordance with those laws, and bear the consequences of any violation thereof.
2. Ensure that all information in the displayed advertisement is accurate and correct, including, but not limited to: locations, classifications, images, videos, prices, services, , specifications, spaces, and any requirements or restrictions on PROPERTIES ON MAP, and undertake to keep this information always updated on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform and bear the consequences of not Update it
3. It is not possible to modify the title, text, type, location, images and video of the advertisement after its publication
4. Interact and respond to users communicating with you regarding advertising
5. Payment of the advertising commission imposed upon completion of the PROPERTIES ON MAP transaction in the event that fees are not exempted
Article Four: Provisions for Service PROPERTIES ON MAP
When you post any services on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform, you acknowledge and commit to the following:
1. Seriousness in providing services and accuracy of the data entered therein
2. Commitment to publishing pictures of your services that you produced yourself or pictures of your work that you fully own the right to publish
3. Do not publish fake services for any reason
4. Pay any fees charged for publishing services on PROPERTIES ON MAP after completing the transaction unless you are exempt from them.
Article Five: Provisions of the PROPERTIES ON MAP Plus service
When you subscribe to the PROPERTIES ON MAP Plus service, you acknowledge and commit to the following:
1. The subscription is renewed periodically according to the activation start date
2. The features of the PROPERTIES ON MAP Plus service are subject to increase or change whenever the PROPERTIES ON MAP application deems it appropriate.
3. Misuse of the service, including but not limited to: targeting owners for the purpose of marketing exposes you to having the service stopped for you without refunding the subscription amount and without prior notice.
4. The search results for PROPERTIES ON MAP Plus filters depend primarily on advertisers’ input, and the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform does not provide any guarantees about the accuracy of the information entered.
Article Six: Terms of services and conditions of use
In this article, the following definitions are used:
1. Services: These are all services provided on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform that serve the verified advertiser and the unverified advertiser for his membership who wishes to display his advertisement on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform for the purpose of displaying his property or the property legally entrusted to him or for the purpose of offering his services related to real estate matters.
2. The advertiser: He is the owner of the right to dispose of his account on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform, or his representative, or the licensed broker authorized to mediate this, whether the advertiser is not a verified member or an advertiser whose membership is verified on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform and who wishes to display his advertisement in the sale or rental service. When you use the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform services, you understand and agree that:

2. Your payment of the advertising commission after completing the transaction partially or completely and in the event that you do not subscribe to any of the advertising packages or in the event that you do not include the advertisement for which the commission must be paid within any benefit from any advertising package and for each advertisement according to the commission for the type of advertisement imposed on it.
When you submit a request to verify your membership on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform, you understand, acknowledge, and commit to the following:
1. Upload a copy of the official documents with the required validity very clearly and without any modification. You acknowledge your absolute responsibility for the originality of all attachments and you alone bear any legal consequences or claims regarding any forgery, impersonation, or otherwise before the relevant official authorities in your country.
2. The PROPERTIES ON MAP platform has the absolute right to accept or reject your request to verify your membership without giving any reasons, and you can resubmit a new membership verification request in case of rejection.
3. If your request to authenticate your membership is initially approved, you must pay the annual amount due within a maximum period of 48 hours from approval and you will receive a notification stating the initial approval.
4. The membership documentation amount is an annual, non-refundable amount. You do not have the right to ask the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform to recover any amounts paid. You do not have the right to transfer your membership documentation in the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform to any other account, and you do not have the right to cancel the membership documentation after completing the documentation until the end of the specified annual period. Article Seven: Provisions of the Declaration
When you use the Daily Booking Service, you understand and agree that:

2. 3. In this case, you agree to delete your ads and stop your membership immediately, and you are exposed to legal accountability in your country without giving reasons and without any legal responsibility on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform.
4. An advertiser whose membership is not verified has the right to advertise once within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. The period for the advertisement to appear is only 20 days, and the advertisement is automatically deleted unless the advertiser whose membership is not verified pays the commissions due on his advertisement after the transaction is completed.

Article Eight: Payments Provisions
When you pay for any PROPERTIES ON MAP platform services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. The PROPERTIES ON MAP platform has the right to reject any refund request for any amount after payment, including but not limited to: packages, promotions, distinctions, subscriptions, and membership verification fees.
2. You do not have the right to request the transfer of packages, promotions, distinctions, subscriptions, and membership verification fees to another user
3. In all cases, you are not entitled to return the amounts paid after completing the payment
Article Nine: Preventive measures
In an effort by the PROPERTIES ON MAP application to raise the level and quality of service provided to users of the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform, and based on your use of these terms and conditions, you agree and give the PROPERTIES ON MAP application the right to apply any of the following procedures without prior notice if it determines that you have violated the platform’s terms and conditions agreement PROPERTIES ON MAP:

Article Ten: Limits of Liability
When you use the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform, you understand and agree to the following:
1. PROPERTIES ON MAP does not provide any guarantees and does not bear any responsibility in the event that the user does not comply with the Terms and Conditions Agreement, and we do not bear responsibility for any risks, damages, consequences or losses incurred by him or any other party.
2. The PROPERTIES ON MAP application does not provide any guarantee or bear any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or validity of any information contained in the content published on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform by users, nor the extent of its compliance with the relevant applicable laws and regulations.
3. In no event shall PROPERTIES ON MAP be liable for any damages including, but not limited to: compensation for loss of data or profits, or business interruption arising from the use of or inability to use the content and materials on the PROPERTIES ON MAP MAP
4. PROPERTIES ON MAP shall not be liable for any loss or damage, arising from or in connection with:
1. Any malfunction due to the software, network errors, unavailability or any other causes beyond our reasonable control
2. Any loss of your password or account if it is due to a power outage, error, or cessation, or due to your computer or mobile system or your account relying on any content or information displayed on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform.
3. Any direct, consequential, special or punitive loss, damage, costs, expenses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, diminution of goodwill, loss, corruption or corruption of data.

Article Twelve: Amending the Agreement
When you use the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform, you agree and acknowledge that we may make any update, change or amendment to the terms and conditions at any time and without notice, and that any amendments to the terms and conditions will become effective as soon as they are published on the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform, and will have no effect. Refund any transactions previously made through the PROPERTIES ON MAP platform
